Durrës Police have arrested and prosecuted several citizens wanted for various criminal offenses.

The Blues announce that six people have been arrested, who have committed criminal offenses of drug cultivation, theft or fraud.

As a result of the checks and operational work carried out with the aim of locating and apprehending citizens wanted for various criminal offenses, specialists from the Section for Operational Support of Investigation, within the framework of the "Pursuit" operation, located, apprehended and handcuffed the following citizens:

Abdyl Kaçaça, 35 years old, resident of Durrës, whom the Court of Appeal, in 2024, sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in prison, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics". From the sentence, he has 2 years and 9 months left to serve in prison;

Jorid Muçeku, 27 years old, resident of Durrës, who, by a final decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, will serve 3 years and 4 months in prison, for the criminal offense of "Aid for illegal border crossing";

VT, 45 years old, for whom the Court of Durrës has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense of "Theft";

ES, alias EH, 35 years old, resident of Laç, for the criminal offense of "Fraud";

BD, 33 years old, resident of Kavaja, for the criminal offense of "Opposing a public order police officer", who at the conclusion of the actions was criminally prosecuted while at large.

ES, 35 years old, resident of Durrës, wanted by the Korça Local Police Directorate for the criminal offense of "Fraud", who at the end of the actions was criminally prosecuted while at large.

The work continues for the capture of other wanted persons.

The procedural materials were referred to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action.
