Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his appearance for the media, focused on the problematic situation of the destruction of the Librazhd-Prrenjas road. But if it was expected to talk about measures and solutions to the problem, Rama said that a mess has been made and accusations have been made that 'corruption has moved the earth'. Rama also focused on the issue of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, for whom he said that accusations have been made that many believe to be true.
"There has been talk for several days about a landslide on the Librazhd-Prrenjas axis. A more dramatic landslide also on one of the newest highways in Greece and the pots of Greece are not without pressure, and they have no resemblance to this horror here that even the earth is moved by corruption. Meanwhile, one of the largest infrastructure works is being carried out on that axis that will be another pride of the government. Do you remember the landslide on the Korce-Ersekë road that was repaired within the deadline with the entrepreneur's funds, the road today belongs to the Albanians. These are not things that only happen here. In Italy and Greece, they are geological issues, but here they are acts of corruption. And the best thing is that they believe that a minister washes a car with 10 thousand euros because maybe foam and swallow's milk are thrown at it and the swallows are killed with a rifle by another minister and with their feathers he sells pillows. They believe that someone else has 300 houses, two ships and therefore the very same scoundrels washrooms, because they have brainwashed themselves for so long by repeating this refrain, they believe the reference to corruption in Albania. They sit there and wait for the fall of the regime to come out, but the same Noc Rroku comes out. If you look at Montenegro, it is with us, it has the same problems as us, but have you seen any homemade bomb explode in the newspapers of the world? Never, not because there is no opposition there, but because there,… there is a crazy old man who attracts 500 crazy people to tarnish the image of Albania, by distributing photos.
Rama further stated that the Justice Reform today is like the Albanian government of 1992. During his speech before the SP parliamentary group, Rama said that he knew that the justice reform would have a long road ahead and would be carried out on the 'blood' of the socialists.
Among other things, he also mocked the Democratic Party.
"Where are those who were found innocent today? Do you know where they are? A large part of them have left their jobs in the state, or they continue but no longer sign a single piece of paper. Out of fear, some are being treated by psychologists. What has justice gained here and this state that, for the sake of truth, has as many human resources as China, but it has them sparingly and will do its best to manage them as carefully as possible. These are the questions that people in the justice system should ask themselves. The independence granted precisely by the legislative and executive powers should make them much more aware of the damage that a person can do uncontrolled by ego and ambition. We were the ones who designed and dictated the justice reform in a row, without anyone pressuring us.
Those on the Elbasan Road and those on the Durrës-Bari-Brindisi road had no reason to invent the horse because they had been here since 91. I thought the justice reform would be a walk in the park, but I knew that it would come from our blood and our blood on us. The sword of justice's power should be in the hands of the justice system to work and work on our heads. Justice today is like the Albanian government of 92. Great power, tradition and self-control from 0-4, remains in a passing grade. We have alarming figures of pre-trial detention and are second only to Russia in terms of innocence and conviction. Our government is criticized as the most corrupt and Albania as the most corrupt country as well. There are files on money laundering and tax evasion with facts and how this disgusting cowardice with state employees and SP politicians is justified and swallowed. "They are scared as hell of the two biggest media moguls who bombard the public with extortion on TV and black money after the bombing is over and the files on dirty money laundering have been in SPAK for years," he said.
