Andri Vokrri, the suspect arrested for the hammer murder of Petrit Ndou, has expressed remorse for the crime. He was questioned again after he was sober and stated that he did not mean to kill him.
According to him, he was drunk and did not remember anything about what had happened or whether the person he had been in conflict with had died or not.
"I don't remember what happened. I was drunk and I only remember seeing a car blocking my path. I asked it to move away and pass first because we could have an accident. It didn't listen to me and we passed in parallel. When I saw the car skidding, I got out and hit it with a hammer. I didn't want to kill it," the 28-year-old claimed.
While his two friends, Lorenc Goga and Fation Kulla, arrested for failing to report a crime, claimed that they initially left there out of fear of what had happened.
