This Friday, SPAK is expected to notify former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku of the extension of the investigations by another three months and at the same time, she will be informed of the charges for lots 5, 6 and 7 of the Grand Ring Road, reports for BalkanWeb and News24, journalist Klodiana Lala.
The GJKKO extended the investigations by 3 months, while Balluku was taken as a defendant by SPAK only for the Llogara Tunnel and Lot 4 of the Ring Road.
Balluku may not appear at the Special Prosecution Office, but only lawyer Ardian Kalia may go.
Meanwhile, the charges for these acts have been communicated to the former director of ARRSH, Evis Berberi.
