The investigative show Tak Fak has continued to follow the story of Andon Meta, who for years has been wandering the doors of state institutions in search of answers about his family's property in Kurbin.

Together with the show's journalist, Andon Meta addressed the institutions where he had long filed complaints and requests for information, claiming that he had often faced institutional silence and a lack of response.

According to his account, in some cases he has organized personal protests and several-day stands in front of institutions, until receiving the answers that, according to him, he is entitled to by law.

Initially, "Tak Fak" went to the Kurbin Municipality, an institution that Andon Meta accuses of serious violations regarding his family's property. He has also made direct accusations against the mayor, Majlinda Cara.

Subsequently, the show also contacted the Supreme State Audit Office, the Ombudsman, and the National Environmental Protection Agency to request information on the matter.

After the insistence of journalists and citizens, some of the institutions have provided official responses to the issues raised.

The National Environmental Protection Agency has stated that it no longer has jurisdiction over the matter and that the file has been passed on to the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection for further follow-up.

Meanwhile, the Ombudsman has suggested that a request be made to the Supreme State Audit Office for a more complete response to all of the citizen's claims, including the issue of an unauthorized construction that, according to Meta, was carried out by the municipality on land subject to seizure.

While in the Agriculture sector in Kurbin Municipality, where Andon Meta had fierce debates with officials, the only answer was that the case is currently in court.
