Iran has fired missiles aimed at US targets in Bahrain and Kuwait, according to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), after a seventh night of US attacks.

The IRGC said Bahrain's Sheikh Isa Air Base, where US fighter jets are based, was targeted.

Kuwaiti state media said Iran had also targeted a fueling pier at Al Ahmadi Port and a data and communications center. The military reported capturing drones and missiles from Iran.

Kuwait Airways said it had rescheduled flights after the country's international airport was temporarily closed due to "hostile missile and drone attacks."

The US had previously targeted "surveillance sites, military logistical infrastructure, underground weapons storage and naval capabilities" in Iran.
