The World Bektashi Patriarchate is holding a Jubilee Conference on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the reopening of the Bektashi Patriarchate.
In his speech, the World Bektashi Grandfather, Haxhi Baba Dede Edmond Brahimi, said that this day marks an important moment for the Bektashi community, as it coincides with three special anniversaries.
According to Baba Mondi, this year marks the 35th anniversary of the reopening of the World Patriarchate, his 15th anniversary as the head of the Patriarchate, and the 11th anniversary of the opening of the complex. He described this anniversary not only as a historic day, but also as a testament to the continuity of the Bektashi community.
"Today we commemorate the 35th anniversary of the reopening of the World Congress. The conference is held on a special day of the Congress, where three points are noted:
The 35th anniversary of the reopening of the Kryegjyshatë, the 15th anniversary as the head of the Kryegjyshatë and the 11th anniversary of the opening of the complex.
This is not only a historic day but a living testament to resurrection, dedication, and faith.
"We celebrate this anniversary together with other religious communities," he said.
