Sienna Miller always knows how to turn heads. The 43-year-old actress debuted her rounded belly at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London, shining in a sheer lingerie-style dress, combined with white underneath.
Miller, who welcomed a daughter with partner Oli Green in 2023, is also mother to Marlowe, 13, from her relationship with Tom Sturridge.
The actress has spoken openly in recent years about motherhood at a later age. In an interview with Vogue in 2023, she said that she often felt compelled to preface comments about her age with humor, while in Elle UK (2022) she spoke about her journey with fertility and the process of freezing her eggs in her 40s.
This will be her third child, and Miller seems more relaxed than ever about the new arrival, saying she now allows herself to believe: "If it happens, it happens."
