The Constitutional Court has announced that it has reviewed the request of the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, to assess the constitutionality of the presidential election procedure.
Through a letter, this court has notified Haxhiu that it has registered the request K.068/26, which was submitted by her and 9 deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo, regarding the assessment of the constitutionality of the “Procedure for the election of the President of the Republic of Kosovo”.
This letter states that members of Parliament can submit their written comments on this issue until March 9, 2026.
