Following the announcement of the verdict by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague against former KLA leaders, rallies in their support have begun in Pristina.

Citizens and supporters of the Kosovo Liberation Army have gathered on the main boulevard of the capital, where they have started a march expressing opposition to the decision of the Special Court.

In total, Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi have been sentenced to 81 years in prison.

During the march, citizens issued calls in support of the KLA, while the situation in the center of Pristina continues to be focused on reactions following the Hague ruling.
