This Friday, a hearing was held for opening statements in the case of Hashim Thaçi, Bashkim Smakaj, Isni Kilaj, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuçi, who face charges of obstruction of justice.
Former Kosovo President Hashim Thaço has pleaded not guilty to the second indictment filed against him by The Hague for interference in justice.
"I am completely innocent," he said.
Bashkim Smakaj, Fadil Fazliu, Isni Kilaj and Hajredin Kuçi have also pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
