The suspension of asphalt paving works on the Qafë Buall - Krastë axis, due to the companies "BE-IS" sh.pk, "ERGI" sh.pk and "VËLLEZËRIT HYSA" requesting additional funds, has led to a deterioration in the condition of the road.
On the new road, which was opened to be paved with asphalt, potholes have been created that make it difficult for vehicles to circulate, and drivers say that for at least 3 months, not only have vehicles not been seen working on the road, but also workers performing other services.
The project for the construction of the Qafë Buall-Krasë axis has been approved by the Albanian Road Authority, with a total value of 11 million euros, and the reconstruction began two years ago. According to the project, the construction should have been completed in April 2025.
