DP leader Sali Berisha, in his speech in Parliament, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of stealing Albanians' money.
Berisha emphasized that in one year, he arrested opposition leaders.
"You used all the means of power to control the political will of Albanians. The May 11 elections were a farce. A process that trampled on all rights. 2 billion euros in fines and interest were forgiven two days before the elections. Cannabis cultivation licenses were distributed, a process where gangs one after another, with the leaders of crime, brought 28 deputies to parliament. You remain in power over monstrous crime," he said.
