Invited to the show "Oponencje" on News24Shemsi Prençi has raised suspicions regarding the murder that occurred a few days ago, where Kreshnik and Gentiana Mujeci, a husband and wife, were killed while driving in a vehicle in Balldren, Lezha.
During the interview, Prençi asked the question of how it was possible that the justice system had no information about the murderer's house, but Mhilli's son did?!
He also explains how the perpetrators acted, saying that they have a long way to go to ensure that the final execution is achieved.
"I can't say that blood feud killed him... We don't have an Appeals decision in Kreshnik's disfavor. The investigation bodies have closed the investigations and submitted them for judicial investigation, where all the evidence that the prosecution and the defense have is documented and exhausted. So I have the right to ask the public question, if the specialized law enforcement bodies in Albania have not reached the conclusion that Kreshnik was the person who killed in 2016, how is it possible that Genci's son and the sons of Genci's brothers, cousins, identified Kreshnik as the murderer and came out in an assassination attempt after 10 years. Let's not forget that a woman was killed and 4 children were left orphans. But if we refer to the canon and the indictments that today some state bodies say were made for revenge or blood feud, the question arises, who will Kreshnik's sons shoot tomorrow? Let's not desecrate the canon. But it must be said that if you don't obey and you don't have proof that Kreshnik Mujeci shot at Genc Mehilli then how are we going, maybe people who are not involved are killed... It should also be said that the one who kills you for blood brings word. I do not know that anyone has brought word to the Mujeci family 'I killed you for your father'. So I say that you cannot be killed in the name of the canon, when you have not respected it. In this case we are dealing with trained killers for the way they shot at the car. It is excluded that it was not done by hired killers because no attempt was made to lose track. But we do not have any men among them who bring word that I killed you in the name of revenge. There is not a single bullet behind the driver's door handle. To be convinced of achieving the final execution, they also went ahead and fired most of the bullets at the driver and one bullet at the passenger", he said.
