New details have emerged from the serious incident recorded in Elbasan, where three young people were injured, Armando Tomorrica and Renaldo Manc, as well as Biorgi Hoxha.

Journalist Klodiana Lala reports on BalkanWeb that it is suspected that the target of the attack was Kastriot Kila's nephew, known as "Ot Kila". According to preliminary information from the investigation, the perpetrator is suspected of acting in disguise, using a silicone mask and a wig with long hair, in order to hide his identity.

He is said to have been wearing black clothes, a dark sweatshirt and gloves, while following an organized scheme to leave no trace. The police and the investigation team are analyzing security camera footage and evidence collected at the scene to identify the perpetrator and shed light on the full dynamics of the incident.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive for the attack, while the main lead is related to previous conflicts and clashes between criminal groups. Up to now, the authorities have not yet made an official announcement on the suspects or the exact nature of the incident. We recall that Ot Kila is a well-known character to the police, and is known as an enemy of Suel Çela. The latter is suspected of having ordered the attempts to kill "Ot of Elbasan". He also targeted Bledar Muça, known as the man of the Çapjave. Although he escaped the attacks in the city of Elbasan, Bledar Muça was executed in 2022 in Belgium. Previously, Muça had escaped 2 assassination attempts. The head of the criminal group, Suel Çela, is known to have wanted Elton Kila dead. He even orders the hired killer Nuredin Dumani in 2022, but the latter fails to carry out the assassination, after being attacked with a hail of bullets near Cërrik by Talo Çela's men and left injured. This is also the moment that marks the end of Dumani's criminal activity, as a few hours later he was arrested in Fier and today has the status of a collaborator of justice.

EVENTS
According to the dynamics so far, Tomorrica and Mance were sitting at a table on the veranda of the bar, in the company of the waiter Biorgi Hoxha. At one point, the perpetrator approached them and, according to the testimonies of the people present at the scene, initially verbally abused them. Immediately afterwards, he pulled out his firearm and shot several times in their direction, leaving all three people injured.

During the examination of the scene, the Scientific Police experts have seized 6 shell casings, which will undergo ballistic examinations to help identify the perpetrator and fully clarify the circumstances.

The three injured received first aid at the Elbasan Regional Hospital.
