Invited to "This Week", Gjokutaj stated that this issue is the battle of life for Berisha, as according to him he has been politically attacked through "Partizan".
"The day Rama comes to court, Berisha will be in the courtroom, he himself has declared this in front of the media. The procedure allows for such a thing. When Rama comes, he will take the oath and we will start our questions as defense. It does not matter whether we are lawyers or Berisha. They exhaust our questions, the prosecutor can also ask the court about moments that are not clear. There may be contested debates, it may even go to raising voices. It would be a confrontation between two leading politicians in a courtroom, they are both very emotional, they are not indifferent types. This is the battle of life for Berisha, they have hit him with a political goal", he said.
