New details from the accident that occurred yesterday in Ksamil, where 22-year-old Albiano Kreçi lost his life.

The incident occurred at around 18:30 p.m. on Monday in the Bay of Ksamil. Albiano Kreçi, 22, has been diagnosed with diabetes since the age of 15 and has been taking insulin for the past two years. He had taken insulin yesterday before boarding the vessel.

This, according to the white shirts, contributed to the 22-year-old's loss of control. The video released of the moment of the collision with the police boat was taken from a foreign sailboat stationed in the bay of Ksamil.

The body of the 22-year-old has been sent to Tirana for forensic examination. 22-year-old Albiano Kreçi was the only brother among two sisters.
