In an interview in "News24", Ermal Hasimja analyzed political developments in the country, focusing on the protests as well as the situation in the Democratic Party.
During this interview, Hasimja stated that the Democratic Party has received its message from this protest, as it has clearly shown that citizens are dissatisfied with the Democratic Party and that they demand the removal of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
"It has not risen to the task of being an alternative force. The DP but also the new parties, we know that there are democrats who come out on the streets, even though the call for Rama in prison, Berisha in prison, the second part may be annoying. But we can say that the DP has made some reflections. The DP has received the message of the protest. Either they will continue to hold the course in the DP in this way or they will make a radical transformation to make the DP a credible opposition force. From the point of view of the protest, the call for Berisha's departure is the vision that has been repeated," he said.
