A tragic accident resulting in the death of a young man occurred this afternoon on the "Elbasan-Librazhd" road axis.
According to preliminary information from the police, the incident occurred in the village of Mengël, where a vehicle went off the road. As a result of the violent collision, the driver of the vehicle, a 19-year-old Kosovo citizen, died at the scene.
The investigation team immediately arrived at the scene, which, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is continuing its intensive work to fully elucidate the circumstances and causes that led to this fatal accident.
