The Police Supervision Agency (Elbasan - Korçë Region) has arrested in flagrante delicto the employee of the Fire Protection and Rescue Service, Chief Inspector AB, on duty at the Elbasan MZSH, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Irregular Driving of Vehicles", provided for by Article 291 of the Criminal Code.
His arrest was carried out after today at around 15:47, while driving his vehicle (out of service), it was ascertained by the Elbasan DVP road traffic services on the Cërrik - Elbasan axis, where after verification with the alcohol test, it resulted positive at 0.87 mg/l.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan.
