Journalist and analyst Ben Andoni has commented on the clashes between former MP Ervin Salianji and the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

According to Andoni, Salianji started his engagement with idealism, but then support for him weakened, including figures like Ilir Alimehmeti. He emphasized during a conversation on the lunch program in News24 that the public is attentive and does not easily support individual models who aim to take on the role of the main leader, without having a clear support structure.

However, Andoni assessed that Salijanj's initiatives and meetings are welcome in a democratic party, as they stimulate internal debate and criticism. "He is doing something and is giving new energy to the DP," the analyst emphasized. In conclusion, Andoni added that major political changes cannot be achieved by single individuals, but require organization, cooperation and a clear group that defines objectives and strategy.

"Mr. Salianji, with that idealism that he started with at the beginning, was abandoned by those who started to support him. Like Mr. Alimehmeti. The public is not ignorant. When you see from the PS and the DP, some models that go to the role of the main leader, they do not support you. They want groups that take the fate of the DP into their own hands, how they will face Rama and how they will react when they take power. Therefore, these rallies of Mr. Salianji are welcome, democracy. The DP should be congratulated for this because there is a criticism. Salianji is doing something, he is giving breath to the DP. One person cannot do everything, because he must have the conditions. To make revolutions, they are made with groups, with social engineering. You must have a group that announces the objectives," he said.
