The Special Court has rejected the request submitted by Ilir Meta for the broadcast of the court session.
During the review of the case, the court also decided that, regarding the request for access to electronic evidence, SPAK should create the necessary conditions for making them available.
The panel also rejected Meta's request to leave the glass cage during the hearing.
The decisions were announced during the session held at the Special Court, where the case against former president and former prime minister Ilir Meta is being examined.
