During this interview, Almiro Gurakuqi said that the Court has not expressed its opinion on the lawsuit he filed, adding that he will not give up his battle.

"The court has not expressed anything about what I have sued. The Administrative Court has simply stated that Almiro Guakuqo was not a candidate for president in the second term with Nikoll Deda and, not being a candidate for president, he has no right to sue for an irregularity. A judge must be very prudent in the face of a public entity. I am fighting with the law. I fight with the law," he said.

For her part, Gerta Kacani, stated that the Dentist's Order has functioned at all times and has updated the fundamental register,

"There was massive participation. The Order has functioned, has issued licenses, has updated its fundamental register. Otherwise, we would not only be in a functioning of the Order, but the Albanian people themselves would not receive dental services because everyone would be without licenses. We would be in a chaotic situation. So in this situation that we are talking about, we have moved forward. The exam that candidates took for licensing as new dentists has been held, it was successfully concluded in 260 candidates, which was concluded a few days ago. So the decision is delayed in time, but it does not affect an electoral process that has been concluded. I repeat, the decision does not return anyone to the current position, it has to do with a second term, but not a third term, so it does not affect these elections that have already taken place", she said.
