DP Chairman Sali Berisha has shared a video on Facebook, ironizing the recent statement of former Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, in her handover speech to Minister Enea Karakaçi.
Balluku spoke about works that, according to her, will be remembered, while roads have been destroyed in recent months, causing major damage.
Through a status on social networks, Berisha accompanied the video only with the text "He speaks for himself, and so we close with a pardon... Showing the golden deeds."
