The perpetrator and circumstances of the double gunshot wound, which occurred on the evening of September 8 in the Lapraka area, will be revealed within 24 hours. The police have identified the suspected perpetrator of the incident, 36-year-old AK, a resident of Tirana, and are working to locate and capture him.

According to the investigation, at around 21:20 PM, the 36-year-old is suspected of shooting two people, DT and BD, who are friends with each other. The incident is suspected to have occurred for weak motives, while the suspected perpetrator then fled in a vehicle.

The two injured are out of danger.

The identification of the perpetrator was made after rapid investigative actions by specialists from the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the services of Police Commissariat No. 3.

Police continue to work to locate and arrest the 36-year-old.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
