With 63 points, Vllaznia closed in first place, earning itself the biggest reward from the Albanian Football Association, 10 million lek. With 1 point less, this also conditioned by the loss in the last week, Elbasan closed in second place, followed by Egnatia and Dinamo City.

These 4 teams will now fight among themselves in the “FINAL4” phase for the championship title. In accordance with the regulations, the points accumulated during the regular season will be halved, being calculated at the lowest value.

Based on the new regulations, Vllaznia is on 31 points, the same as Elbasan, while Egnatia goes to the "FINAL4" with 28 points, 4 more than Dinamo City.

In total, 6 matches will be played in “FINAL4” that will also determine the winning team. Everything starts on May 16, with the Vllaznia-Dinamo City challenge and will end on May 31 with the Vllaznia-Elbasani match. All matches of the “FINAL4” phase will be played at the “Air Albania” stadium.
