Leader of the Democratic Party of Albania (SPAK) Sali Berisha has commented on the election of the new head of SPAK, Klodian Braho. He said that the large presence of the diplomatic corps at the KLP meeting showed suspicions about stopping and neutralizing Rama's black hand, to have influence on the process.

He said that Rama tried to take over SPAK just as he took over the Ombudsman.

"I'm not stopping at the election of the head of SPAK, but also the high concentration of the diplomatic corps in the election hall, leaves many to suspect that it was done with the sole purpose of buffering and neutralizing the black hand of Edi Rama and the pressures on the members of the KLP. I had not seen so much concentration, and they wanted to give a message that Edi Rama, when he took Endri Shabani, should also take this candidate," said Berisha.
