DP leader Sali Berisha declared that Parliament is protecting the thefts of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his ministers.

During his speech in Parliament, Berisha accused Rama of defending former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

In Parliament, he said, neither the law nor the Constitution is respected, while adding that interpellations are not negotiated because they have legal deadlines. Berisha said the debate on integration was postponed because it was about Balluku and that according to him, Prime Minister Rama did not want the discussion to open because he himself is involved.

"This parliament, transformed into the most shameful shield in history, of the thefts of Albanian citizens. This parliament that for the first time in 35 years of pluralism, protects in the most unscrupulous, anti-national way, the thefts of Rama and his family and government clan. Everything you hear, dear citizens, is that Rama has transformed the Parliament into his own rag. It has never happened that Albanians from all over the world stand up for the immunity of Balluku, who was a notary of Rama's thefts that he stole with him. She is in office today. There is another one here, Olta Xhaçka, the Court has twice decided to terminate her mandate. Venice has made the same decision. Olta is from the family circle! That is the problem. That is why debates are postponed, but debates cannot be postponed. They have deadlines. They are not negotiated, interpellations have deadlines. They are postponed because Rama does not want to go to Parliament. She "Poor Mirlinda, she has 4 apartments and villas. The two Lindas' affair has become global. You come out here without any regulations and you don't respect the Constitution! How is it possible that you are so weak. You have a court decision against you (addressing Pelesh)," he said.
