The chairman of the DP in Krujë, Aulon Kalaja, has stated that the city is going through an alarming situation, where fires are rapidly advancing towards residential areas.
Due to the direct danger to the lives and property of citizens, according to him, the authorities have urgently begun the evacuation of residents in the "Abaze" neighborhood.
He added that the flames are being fed by winds and dry vegetation, coming dangerously close to homes.
Faced with this danger, the residents of the neighborhood were forced to abandon their homes and evacuate.
