Journalist Xhensila Kodra has provided information for BalkanWeb footage showing the accumulation of garbage, cardboard and paper lying outside the supermarket.

Meanwhile, it is surprising that a citizen who passed by the fire did not react at all, but continued on his way. The fire then engulfed the facade of the building, burning down about 30 apartments.

Several people were arrested for the fire, but were later released, including the building's administrator, the owner, and the supermarket manager. They will be investigated while at large.

Meanwhile, the construction company has promised to rebuild the apartments damaged by the fire.
