Journalist Taulant Kopliku has shared details of how Call Center network fraud groups operate.

During the interview on "Studio24" in News24 Kopliku spoke about the action that took place in Tirana a few days ago, saying that there is information that they have 'high-level protection', not just from a simple police officer who manages to act unmolested.

Kopliku also emphasized that one thing worth highlighting is the fact that these groups change their addresses as a mechanism to lose track.

He also said that a group of Italians who have moved to Albania are being searched.

"The Call Center has surprised even the Italians themselves in terms of the amount of profit. Here in the heart of Tirana, it was a Call Center with 100 employees who manage to collect amounts of 20 to 30 million per month. These people quickly change their address, so they lose track. Despite the protection they may have, my information is that there are police officers who guard or protect them, perhaps at higher levels than a simple police officer," he said.
