The Kosovo Assembly voted this evening to form a new government led by Albin Kurti, marking the start of the new governing mandate, known as "Kurti 3".

After the presentation of the brief, the composition of the government cabinet, and discussions by opposition representatives, the deputies moved on to the voting process for the new government.

With 66 votes in favor, 49 against and no abstentions, the Assembly approved the governing cabinet led by Kurti, which will consist of 19 ministries.

This is the third governing mandate led by Kurti, while Kosovo spent about a year without a functional government due to political blockades.

The new mandate, "Kurti 3", begins on February 11 and is expected to last four years, in a period when citizens expect improved living conditions and greater economic and social development.
