In a telephone call on the show "With an Open Heart" on News24, with the show's moderator and author, Evis Ahmeti, a witness to the couple recounted how she met the mother of three children and the problems she had experienced, focusing on her relationship with her ex-husband and ex-mother-in-law.
During the interview, she confessed that she remembers the mother of three children as a hardworking woman, while adding that her ex-husband consumed alcohol, but also gambled, and according to her, this led to numerous problems in the family, which resulted in divorce.
He also added that his ex-mother-in-law was a person who wanted to 'command' and have him under control.
"Her husband gambled and drank. They were also forced to sell their house. I have known the girl since 2015-2016. I have not had contact with the girl for 5 years now and I do not know the latest things that may have happened to her. But she was very hardworking. She was married to the gentleman. The gentleman only drank and gambled and then they were forced to sell the house to pay off the debts. That's where the problems started. When I saw the girl's face, I immediately understood who it was about. I have nothing. They had problems with each other. I remember that the husband went to prison for theft. Her mother-in-law came to Albania, the girl then worked in a bakery in Kavaja. Then she left for Germany. It's not like I had many contacts.
"The images look very scary, but I don't believe she left them in that condition. But I remember that her mother-in-law didn't behave very well with girls. The girl wasn't a bad person. She had a hard life and I felt very sorry when I saw the situation," she said.
