Klodian Braho, the latest candidate for the new head of SPAK, stated that he is an expert in corruption-related offenses.
Citing one of his weakest points, he said he needed to improve his public communication.
"I don't think I'm perfect. As a strong point, I would say that I have long dealt with criminal offenses related to corruption. I have had the prudence and calmness for such matters. As for my weak point, I will be honest, the prosecution has not been what it is today, nor have we been prepared for this public communication. This is one of my weak points, I would say, that needs to be improved. We as a body of prosecutors have probably not been used to it.
The leader is the one who represents, but the prosecutors have not had this opportunity, so there is room for improvement here! From Mr. Dumani I would take the determination and from Mr. Kraja the calmness in performing the task. When both of them were in office, the institution was not the same. In the case of Mr. Kraja, the institution should have been more active. But it was a period of not even 3 years.
Compared to Mr. Dumani, I would take the good side of productivity. Because I have a problem dealing with complaints and accusations. I have even shown the accusations to the defendants themselves. Not everyone should go to prison, but the goal is for justice to prevail," he said.
