A merchant cargo ship has caught fire. The incident took place in the port of Odessa in Ukraine. According to international media, the ship caught fire after a Russian attack. The Ukrainian air force reported missile and drone attacks in the area.
The ship at the time of the attack was located in the Port of Chernomorsk, one of the three main ports in the Odessa region on the Black Sea.
Russia last week threatened to TO "cut off Ukraine's access to the sea" in retaliation for Ukrainian drone attacks.
