An important police operation this evening led to the arrest of the much-wanted Moisi Habilaj.
He was located and arrested in Borsh, Vlora. Habilaj was wanted after the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) finally sentenced him to 10 years in prison for the criminal offenses of drug trafficking and participation in a structured criminal group.
In addition to the sentence in Albania, Moisi Habilaj was previously sentenced by Italian justice authorities to 15 years in prison for international drug trafficking.
