During the show "On Target" on News24, new details were published from the investigative file of the murder of Kreshnik Mujeci and his wife, where the killers used 2 vehicles.

The investigative actions resulted in the citizen Florin Mhillaj taking the 'Volkswagen Polo' vehicle, which his sister had rented in Rinas, and after removing the license plates in collaboration with one of the 2 citizens declared wanted, they used this vehicle to block the road and shoot at the vehicle in which citizens Kreshnik Mujeci and Gentiana Mujeci were traveling.

Likewise, according to the dynamics revealed by the investigative group, it results that after Florin Mhillaj committed the crime in collaboration with Adriano Mhillaj and Renato Mhillaj, he drove this vehicle to the apartment of citizen BK.

Where he hid it by covering it with grass, this with the intention of losing track.

But the plan apparently was such that in order to create confusion among the police, who could immediately follow the trail of this vehicle, the perpetrators chose to take a similar car, but this one, unlike the one used in the crime, had regular papers and was equipped with license plates.

The same, identical one that was found in the apartment of the 22-year-old citizen, BK

Who would use as an alibi the fact that his vehicle was identical to the perpetrators' and in good condition, while the crime vehicle was hidden there, covered in grass.

Following the actions, citizen BK, 22 years old, resident of the village of Torovicë, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses 'Murder in other qualifying circumstances' and 'Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition'.

Also, materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for the 22-year-old's father, citizen N. K, 79 years old, resident of the village of Torovicë, for the criminal offense of 'Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition'.

Meanwhile, Police services continue their field searches to locate and capture the perpetrators, as well as the wanted citizen.

But who are the suspected perpetrators of the crime that shocked Lezha?

A crime that, as we said, also created a dangerous, previously unheard of precedent.

That of the murder of a woman, which marks a violation of social norms and customs.

According to the investigating body, the perpetrators who participated in this murder are Renato Mhillaj, who turns out to be the son of Genc Mhillaj.

This citizen was executed in 2016, on Mount Jushi in Lezha.

As well as his two nephews Adriano and Florin Mhillaj.

Genc Mhillaj, who as we said was executed in 2016, on initial suspicions by Jozef Mujeci and his cousins, the brothers Kreshnik and Lin Mujeci.

A conflict that began for weak motives and ended with the murder of Mhillaj, who was allegedly shot in the forehead by one of the suspects.

An event that a few days ago had led to a fierce debate between Jozef Mujeci and 49-year-old Genc Mhillaj.

Where in the next confrontation in Torovicë, at the Mali i Jushi bridge, Jozef Mujeci is said to have shot Genc Mhillaj.

Jozef Mujeci was arrested immediately after the crime, while his two cousins, in this case Kreshnik Mujeci, who was declared wanted, were arrested only a year later.

Specifically in 2017.

While Lin Mujeci was never prosecuted.

But while the Mhillaj family apparently waited for justice, according to them, it never came.

After all the suspected perpetrators of Genc Mhillaj's murder were later found innocent in connection with his murder.

A judicial decision that seems to have left the relatives of the victim Genc Mhillaj dissatisfied.

In this case, his son, who was only 14 years old when his father was executed in 2016.

As well as his two nephews, who are said to have become part of the revenge for their uncle's lost blood.

The three young men who are already wanted by the police in connection with the murder of the couple Kreshnik and Gentiana Mujeci, in the village of Balldre, Lezha.

Kreshnik Mujeci, who was arrested in 2017 for the murder of Genc Mhillaj in Mali i Jushi on October 6, 2016, was later acquitted by the Shkodra Court of First Instance regarding this event.

The victim was a character who was said to be extremely problematic in the area and had been involved in various incidents.

The last one just two weeks before he was killed.

Where he was prosecuted for intimidation due to duty.

This was after he had threatened a Lezha Police officer.

Meanwhile, Mujeci also held records for domestic violence.

His last public appearance was at the organization of the feast of Saint Mark in the village of Koljakaj.

Just one day before he was executed.

In these images, Kreshnik Mujeci stands out as he celebrates among the residents of the area.

But why was the family of Genc Mhillaj, executed on October 6, 2016, at the Mali i Jushi bridge in Torovicë, Lezha, never convinced by the verdict of justice, which declared Kreshnik Mujeci and his cousin Jozef Mujeci innocent, in connection with the murder of their relative?

A case that went all the way to the Supreme Court.

Appealed by the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, which did not accept the two decisions issued by the Shkodra Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal, which had declared Kreshnik Mujeci and Jozef Mujeci innocent,

They also demanded their immediate release from detention.

Shkodra Court of First Instance

The Shkodra Judicial District Court, with decision no. 1975 (5636), dated November 27, 2018, has decided: 'The not guilty declaration of the defendant Jozef Mujeci for committing the criminal offense of 'Premeditated Murder' and 'Unlicensed Production and Possession of Combat Weapons', as it is not proven that he committed the criminal offenses for which he is accused.

Therefore, the termination of the personal security measure 'prison arrest' imposed by decision no. 1236 (4290) dated October 10, 2016, by the Shkodra Judicial District Court is ordered.

The not guilty plea of the defendant Kreshnik Mujeci for committing the criminal offense of 'Premeditated Murder', as it is not proven that he committed the criminal offense for which he is accused.

For this reason, the termination of the personal security measure 'prison arrest', imposed by decision no. 869 (4072), dated October 10, 2017 by the Shkodra Judicial District Court, is ordered.

But why did the Shkodra Court of First Instance reject the prosecution's claims regarding the guilt of Kreshnik Mujeci and his cousin Jozef Mujeci, regarding the execution of Genc Mhillaj.
