The names of the perpetrator and victim of the murder that occurred a short while ago in Nikël have been revealed.
Journalist Xhensila Kodra reports that the perpetrator is Eduart Afmataj and the victim is Artur Cangu.
It is learned that the incident took place in the village of Verjon, in the hills above Nikë, while the motives for the incident still remain unclear.
