The 4th phase of the operation codenamed "Zones" is being finalized, to crack down on the criminal activity of selling narcotics.

Four citizens who were selling cocaine in different areas of Tirana were arrested. Ilir Doda, Elger Spahiu, Florian Gjyzeli and Erjon Dani were arrested.

"Over 400 grams of suspected cocaine (one portion divided into over 200 doses), 2 electronic scales, a sum of money and 4 cell phones were seized."

The Narcotics Investigation Section, as a result of rapid investigative and operational actions carried out on the basis of information obtained in operational ways regarding cases of cocaine sales, organized and finalized, in cooperation with the Special Force "Eagle", the 4th phase of the operation codenamed "Zonat". As a result, the following citizens were arrested:

-ES, 45 years old, ID, 54 years old and F. Gj., 48 years old, who were caught red-handed on Kavaja Street, with quantities of the suspected narcotic substance Cocaine, which they possessed with the intention of selling. The investigations suspect that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, obtained narcotic substances in considerable quantities and then sold them in doses, in different areas of Tirana, mainly in the areas called “Ish-parku” and “Brryli”. As material evidence, 350 grams of the suspected narcotic substance Cocaine and 2 electronic scales were seized.

-ED, 32 years old, who is suspected of selling cocaine doses in several areas in Tirana. As material evidence, a quantity of suspected cocaine (divided into over 220 doses) and a sum of money, which this citizen possessed, were seized in the premises of the entity where he worked.

"The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police explain.
