A conflict that risks causing tragedy if left unchecked is the case that the show "TakFak" covered this Wednesday. The cause is the occupation of property.
The complainant Gjergj Kuka, residing in Laç, neighborhood n.4, approached "TakFak" about an old dispute dating back to 2007, when Nikoll Ndoj came from Mirdita and built an apartment next to his land.
Gjergji spoke with the "TakFak" journalist where he revealed that as soon as Nikolla comes from his hometown of Mirditë, he occupies state land and tries to take his land too, claiming that he bought it.
The two neighbors, after not finding common ground, clashed to the point of physical violence, continuously using hard objects in the middle of Gjergji's field, such as trees and birches.
Gjergji tells the "TakFak" microphone that he filmed several episodes of violence that occurred between him and his neighbor.
From the footage, it can be seen that the rapist is Nikola's wife, a teacher by profession, who raped Gjergji's wife.
