The environment where justice is delivered is part of the very message of justice and its quality. The inspiration for this transformation came from the experience in the courts of the United States. Judicial infrastructure is part of the culture of justice and the authority of the law. This transformation is not a luxury, but an institutional necessity and responsibility towards the citizen. Special protection for witnesses", he said.
