The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, has expressed regret that opposition MPs are not present in today's session in the Assembly.
In his speech from the rostrum, where he also presented a draft resolution regarding Iran and the declaration of Hezbollah and the Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization, he stated that the opposition should be present to vote, considering the fact that our country has been the target of attacks by Iran many times, mentioning the recent attack on Parliament's communications.
"Regret for the absence today in this session of the deputies of the three opposition parliamentary groups, who did not know that in a solemn moment of Albania's immediate urgent stance alongside the US, France, and EU countries, they did not come out today from the small interest of the week announced for another unfinished protest. To come to the Assembly session and support this stance that is necessary, urgent and necessary in terms of the new context after the developments, the cyber attack in terms of Albania's interest, within us, and with the development related to the blockade of the Hormuz Channel. We must see it as a clear statement of values as a democratic country and NATO ally," he said.
