This Sunday, a personal security measure is being held for the 3 girls who raped the 17-year-old in Fier, for whom the prosecution has filed charges of "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty". The mother of the 15-year-old girl for whom temporary hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital was requested says that they did not know the family of the raped 17-year-old. The mother also says that she did not know the other two girls with whom her daughter was in company. She also says that she has not yet met the girl, for whom she adds that she had constant problems at school and that she returned home late at night.
"We don't know anything about the girl's condition, so I'm very worried because I don't have any information about tests or anything like that. I've met the girl twice in the hospital."
The girl didn't have new clothes or a phone, only the ones we bought. When she came home in the early hours of the morning, she wouldn't tell me where she was, she would tell me she was with friends. I didn't know the girl's friends or their parents. I met them at the police station.
I have had no contact with the parents of the beaten girl.
We have been going to the police several times for a year. At school, the girl started having problems. The school administration threw us, the parents, and the girl out, telling us to get out.
The psychologist laughed at us. We took the girl to another school but she refused. The girl also reported her father for violence.
"I request full treatment for the girl and I want information about her condition," she said.
The prosecution has requested the personal security measures 'Arrest in prison' for citizen LL, 'House arrest' for minor citizen KG, and 'Temporary admission to a psychiatric institution' for minor citizen MR in conflict with the law, all suspected of committing the criminal offense 'Unlawful deprivation of liberty' provided for by Article 110 of the Criminal Code, committed in collaboration.
