The National Food Authority has made an important announcement for Albanian consumers, explaining that the product "EnerBiO Dinkel Waffeln Natur" has been removed from the market.
The recall was made at the request of the company "Dirk Rossmann GmbH" in Germany and was also removed from the market in Albania as a preventive measure, following suspicions of exceeding the permitted level of mycotoxins. According to the announcement, the product has been withdrawn from all points of sale, regardless of lot or expiration date.
"Referring to the notice on the withdrawal from the market of the product EnerBiO Dinkel Waffeln Natur (EAN 4305615676876 / DAN 055700) – Expiration date 18.01.2027, this notice was made by the company Dirk Rossmann GmbH" in Germany, as a preventive measure against exceeding the permitted level of mycotoxins/mold toxins.

"The National Food Authority is taking measures to carry out the relevant verifications in reference to the notification made by OBU, and calls on consumers if they have purchased this product and are able to return it to the points of sale," the NFA's announcement states.
