Doctor Ilir Allkja was present at the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office and stated that Albanians pay 60% of their income for health expenses out of their own pockets.
He said that the government's promise of free healthcare turned into a nightmare for Albanians.
For this reason, the doctor said, Rama should have left.
"We have the expression: to have health. But how much money goes to people's health? Albanians pay 60% of their income for health expenses from their own pockets. Albanians pay more than others in the region.

"Today, poor Albanians pay more than the people of the region and the world directly out of pocket for health. Therefore, this is one of the causes for which Rama should have left long ago."
