The Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, invited to the show "Studio24", spoke about the latest opposition protest held on Friday, as well as the strategy that, according to him, the opposition should follow in the future. He said that the protests are an expression of opposition to the system and that they will continue without interruption.

"We must admit that we have come out against this system of vote-stealing. We should have challenged Rama in the elections. But when this system hinders the result that emerges from the electoral meetings, the OSCE ODIHR has said this about the elections. These methods that have been used to influence the elections are known. The opposition's strategy, the protests, will continue. There is no other way," said Boçi.

He added that, in his opinion, the protests should be stronger and more violent in form, emphasizing that there are also opinions within the opposition that call for further radicalization of political action.

"If you want my opinion, I want more radical protests. He can't shoot at the meat, we shoot at the sidewalk. The protesters lifted the weight of the police. When I want more radical, there are many opinions that want radical protests. It's not that it's not accepted as a suggestion. This is not mathematics. We talk about options. I'm giving my option," he said.

Boçi also mentioned the possibility of isolation and hunger strike by DP deputies, considering it as an option that could be implemented under certain political conditions.

"There are thoughts that there should be a boycott, a hunger strike of the parliamentary group, they are on the agenda, they are feasible because there must be the creation of some conditions and circumstances that are beyond the DP for such an action to be final. Because you have to achieve the goal, it is easier to boycott than to go out into the open", declared the DP deputy leader.
