Harry Kane reassures Bayern Munich fans about his future. Immediately after the end of the Champions League match against Bodo Glimt, the English striker, who is approaching the end of his contract with the Bavarian club, confirmed that talks over a renewal are ongoing and that he feels very good in Munich.
"I'm very calm and you can be calm, because everything is going well between us. I'm very happy here at Bayern," Kane said.
The striker stressed that a new deal is not expected to be reached immediately, but negotiations could be concluded in the coming months. In the meantime, Kane continues to be one of Bayern's leaders and one of the team's main points in their goal of winning the Champions League.
"We are a threat to every team. Opponents will find it difficult to play against us, both with and without the ball," declared the English striker.
Finally, Kane certainly couldn't help but comment on the race for the "Ballon d'Or":
"I'm proud to be nominated with my team-mates. But it's out of my hands and down to the voters. It was a special season for me of course, but all I can do is focus on this season now," the England striker concluded.
