The Administrative Court will hold a preparatory session on April 3 regarding the lawsuit filed by the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, against Special Prosecutor Ols Dado.
The mayor claims that he was appointed a prosecutor in violation of the law because he did not meet the legal criteria.
