The village of Shtrezë in the Shishtavec administrative unit continues to face the lack of road infrastructure connecting it to the Shishtavec-Kukës national road. For years, residents have been neglected, while the segment of about 600 meters is depreciated and has not seen any investment.

Muhedin Gjuta states that the Municipality justifies the lack of intervention by the fact that the segment is considered outside legal standards.

Another concern for residents is the dilapidated bridge of the Gjuta neighborhood, which, according to the neighborhood representative, floods whenever there is heavy rainfall, making movement difficult and increasing the risk for residents.

The lack of investment has directly influenced the departure of many families from the village, which is currently inhabited by 20 families.
