Krenar Ahmeti, who participated in the 71st protest against Edi Rama's government, has made accusations regarding the use of American funds and technology in the service of state institutions.
During his speech at the protest, he raised questions about a $302 million loan from the United States, claiming that part of it will be used to purchase software that, according to him, will support the prime minister's algorithm.
"Why were 302 million dollars taken from the American state, the loan? From this loan, a second will be used to purchase software to support the Prime Minister's algorithm," the citizen said.
He continued with claims about the structures that would administer these technologies, saying that they would be under the command of security structures and the military.
In the rest of the speech, the citizen spoke about developments within the majority, claiming that there are divisions within its ranks.
"There is a crack within the group, they are just waiting to remove a brick. And they will remove it very soon... They will make our job easier," he declared.
In the end, he addressed Prime Minister Edi Rama directly, warning of the continuation of the protests.
"Mr. Rama, don't fall asleep because the sea will rise... Don't let up the front, we will tell him in the square that we will remove him," the citizen said.
